Kenya Airports Authority Sheds Light on JKIA Incident

Obama Will not Visit Kogelo, Family Says
The Obama family has refuted claims that US president Barack Obama will visit his native home in Kogelo as was reported by a section of the Media on Monday.
According to a family member, Mr Said Obama, there has been no official communication regarding the US President’s visit of his native home.
Said added that the source quoted by a section of the media is just a manual worker at Obama’s grandmother Sarah’s homestead.
Speaking to Radio Ramogi, Mr Said: “We are shocked with the news about President Obama’s visit to Kogelo.”
“The source, Henry Sidiga, is just a worker at Mama Sarah Obama’s home and not her personal aide."
Mr Said could not, however, rule out the visit, saying further communication will be made as soon as the US Embassy makes information on the US president’s visit available.
